We booked our wedding when Union Mills was still under construction. Niko in his team were fantastic! They sent us updates on construction and worked so hard to make our special day perfect. The venue turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined and the food was SO good! We had a bunch of dietary restrictions and they came up with Vegan entrees and a gluten free dessert so that all of our guests could really enjoy the celebration.
